The Orthodox Greek church of St George is just 500 m from the hotel in Panormo village where a local priest will perform the ceremony.
Exclusively in Crete, the nearby Agreco Farm is a fairytale setting either for an informal ceremony or a Greek Orthodox wedding in the farm’s St Nicholas chapel – imagine a private village for you and your loved ones to enjoy the ‘big day’!
Weddings can be arranged at the Monastery of Aghios Ioannis (St. John) overlooking the coastal village of Bali.
NOTES ABOUT GREEK ORTHODOX WEDDINGS:
• One of you must be Greek Orthodox Church and both must be baptized in the Christian faith.
• The ceremony is performed in Greek.
• Special permission has to be granted for services to be performed outdoors.
