What is the payment and cancellation policy of the resort?
Pre-payment is required in order to guarantee reservations. How far ahead the payment is required and how far ahead you can cancel the reservation free of charge will depend on your stay dates and the offer under which you have booked.
How do I pay for my reservation?
Once your reservation is complete, the reservations team will send you a secure online payment link through which you can settle the payment via your credit card. Alternatively, we do accept bank transfers as well.
What are the payment methods while on the island?
Credit card, debit card, and cash payments are accepted. For credit cards, we accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Union Pay, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder, upon check-in at the hotel.
Please note, according to legislation, partial or full settlement of invoices exceeding €500 in cash is prohibited. All payments exceeding this amount must be made by credit or debit card, or via bank transfer.

For toddlers aged 0-1 years, baby food can be arranged upon request. Please contact the Restaurant Manager in advance to place an order. Our staff is also available to assist with warming baby bottles or baby food.
Do we need to book the restaurants in advance?
It is recommended to book the à la carte restaurant at least one day in advance to secure availability.
Is there any dress-code for the Restaurants?
Daytime: Resort Casual. Cover‐ups are required for breakfast and lunch. Footwear is required in restaurants & bars at all times
Evening: Smart Casual. No beachwear or shorts in the evening. Gentlemen – long trousers and shirts with sleeves (short or long) are required in all restaurants & bars.
Can we arrange a Private Dinner?
A candlelight private dinner on the sand dunes can be arranged, subject to availability and weather conditions.
What do you offer for a Special Diet?
To accommodate special dietary needs, guests should inform the reception staff upon arrival. A form will be completed and signed, and guests will be introduced to the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to discuss tailored meal options.
Dietary accommodations include:
Fresh vegetables, meats, fish, seafood, vegetarian & vegan options.
Kids buffet & baby food.
Gluten-free options: Bread, pasta, pizza, desserts (upon request), pancakes (upon request), and afternoon snacks (upon request).

If the room is unoccupied, early check-in may be approved. However, to ensure availability, we recommend booking an additional overnight stay if you plan to arrive early in the morning.
May I use the Hotel’s Facilities before my check-in or after my check-out?
All hotel facilities are available to Grecotel Casa Paradiso guests from the time of arrival.
If I arrive before my check-in time, can I drop my bag somewhere?
A luggage area is available for safely storing your personal belongings.
Is it possible to have a confirmed late check out?
Late check-out may be confirmed at the reception a day before departure. Different options are available with applicable charges, depending on availability. To guarantee late check-out, we recommend booking an additional overnight stay in advance.
What is the environmental fee? Am I obligated to pay it?
In compliance with legal regulations, a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies as follows:
From April 1st to October 31st, a €10.00 per room, per night fee is applied.
From November 1st to March 31st, the fee is adjusted to €3.00 per room, per night.
This fee is payable directly by the guest at check-out.
Can we have twin beds in the Casa Room or the Casa Bungalow Rooms?
Twin beds are available only in the Mini Rooms category, subject to availability. Please inform us in advance of your request.
Is there a coffee or tea in the room?
All rooms are equipped with Tea & Coffee Facilities.
Can you confirm a certain room number or location?

Only guide dogs are allowed in the hotel.

The Casa Rooms in the main building were renovated in 2021, including new bathrooms, floors, beds, mattresses, and updated decor.
All Bungalows have been renovated in 2025, featuring:

New wardrobes and furnishings

Refreshed interiors
Casa Family Rooms in the main building have been redecorated, with bathrooms remaining unchanged.
All room types are now equipped with new flat-screen TVs (43’’ – 50’’ – 55’’).

Yes, we have a well-equipped children’s creative and educational facility called Grecoland.
What age is allowed in the kid’s club?
Children aged 4 – 12 years have complimentary access to the Grecoland Kids Club.
Children 3 years old or younger may also access the club, but only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Alternatively, a babysitting service is available for children 3 years old or younger.
Is it possible to book babysitting service?
Babysitting services are available under the following terms and conditions:
Operating hours: 8 AM – Midnight
Rate: €20 per hour
Advance notice: Guests must book babysitting services at least one week in advance.
Minimum duration: Babysitting is booked for a minimum of 1 hour and charged in 1-hour increments (e.g., 1 hour 30 minutes will be charged as 2 hours).
Ratio:
Children under 2 years old: One babysitter per child.
Children over 2 years old: Maximum of 2 children per babysitter.
Availability: Babysitters are assigned based on availability; specific requests regarding gender, language, or staff members cannot be guaranteed.
Grecoland staff: Team members from Grecoland can provide babysitting services outside of operational hours.

What Types of Water Sports Activities do you have?
A variety of non-motorized water sports activities are available at an extra charge through Fun2Fun Watersports, an independent partner located on the beach. Activities include:
Canoeing & pedalos
Windsurfing & kitesurfing
Catamaran sailing & wing foiling
Reservations are required, and all activities are subject to availability. Please note that all bookings for water sports must be made directly with Fun2Fun Watersports and not through the hotel.
Are there any restrictions for the waterslides?
For safety reasons, the following restrictions apply:
Individuals shorter than 120 cm and weighing more than 120 kg cannot use the slides.
Parental supervision is required at all times.
Guests with health conditions or those who cannot swim are not permitted to slide.
Running on the stairs is strictly forbidden.
Guests are advised to follow all posted safety signs near the slides.
