On a hill near Rethymnon with vine yards and olive trees overlooking the infinite sea, don’t miss a culinary experience, tasting diverse seasonal dishes based on the fruits of the land and the legendary nutritional Cretan cuisine. In the Agreco Taverna you will taste the very best of traditional Cretan cuisine. Only fresh, organic farm produce is used in the menu and the preparation is done entirely in the farm kitchens.


TRADITIONAL CRETAN CUISINE

There is no other place in Greece where you can taste home-made grandma’s traditional Cretan food cooked with the land’s local products and applying the rules of the nutritious Cretan cuisine. The set-menu dinner comprises different tastes which vary according to the season and availability of produce with a use of use pure ingredients of high quality, local aromatic herbs and spices, delicious combinations that make the Cretan diet so beneficial.
