Pre-payment is required to guarantee reservations. How far ahead the payment is required and how far ahead you can cancel the reservation free of charge will depend on your stay dates and the offer under which you have booked.

Once your reservation is complete, the reservations team will send you a secure online payment link through which you can settle the payment via your credit card. Alternatively, we do accept bank transfers as well.

Credit card, debit card, and cash payments are accepted. For credit cards, we accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Union Pay, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Guests must present the same credit card used for the booking, along with a photo ID or passport of the cardholder, upon check-in at the hotel.

Grecotel LuxMe White Palace organizes Luxury private Transfers for Arrival & Departure from and to the International Airports for all guests. The journey will be approximately 1 hour to access the resort from the Airports. (extra charge applies)

 

What types of vehicles are used for the airport transfers?

Our Luxury Transfers are private or semi-private according to the reservation terms.
Vehicles we cooperate with are upon request:
Up to 3 passengers: TAXI SEDAN, MERCEDES E-CLASS or similar

How can Rethymno Town be reached?

•By shuttle bus every 30 minutes in high season and every hour in low season. The bus station is located at the entrance of the hotel.

The Lux Me concept includes breakfast, lunch, dinner options as well as outstanding a la carte dining, snacking during the day including patisserie & gelaterie, premium selection of drinks & beverages.
Lux Me is valid in all available Restaurants, Bars and does not apply to in-room dining.
Restaurants are subject to availability and are subject to change due to seasonality, weather or other unforeseen causes.
Possibility to dine in each a la carte restaurant once weekly, upon availability.

0-1 toddlers will have arranged their baby food as you wish. Please contact the Restaurant Manager or the reception to order in advance. Our staff is happy to lend a hand with warming baby bottles or baby food.

Our buffet restaurant offers vegan, vegetarian, and halal options. However, we recommend contacting our Guest Service department for more detailed information and personalized assistance.

 

Where is Agreco Farms located and how can I get there?

Agreco Farms is located in Adele Village. The approximate travel time is 10 minutes. (transfer not included).

We follow a resort-casual dress code during dinner time at all our restaurants.
Swimwear and flip-flops are discouraged at all our restaurants.

All the Hotel’s Facilities are available to be used from the time you arrive in the hotel till the time you depart regardless the time you check out of the room. ( LuxMe package ends at 5 p.m. on the departure day)

 

Is it possible to have a confirmed late check out?

A day before your departure a late check-out may be confirmed at reception. There are different options with applicable charges to choose from according to the availability the resort shall have. However, if you are planning to depart rather late and you want to ensure that the room would be possible to be kept, we suggest that you book in advance an overnight with your reservation.

 

What is the environmental tax? Am I obligated to pay it?

An environmental fee, defined as Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, of €15,00 per room per night is applicable by law, payable by the guest directly at the hotel upon check in.

 

What is the composition of the water in the pools?

The pools exclusively contain seawater.

All rooms are equipped with Tea & Coffee Facilities, Nespresso coffee machine.

We do have a very-equipped indoor gym and an outdoor gym.

The indoor gym operates and is supervised daily from 07:00-19:00

Do you have a kid’s club?

We have a very well-equipped Children’s creative and educational facility called Grecoland.

 

What age is allowed in the kid’s club?

Children between the ages of 04 – 12 years old will have complimentary access to the Grecoland kids club. Children who are 3 years old and below will also have access to the Grecoland kids club with the presence of a parent or a guardian. Alternatively, babysitting service can be booked for children who are 3-years old and below. (with extra charge)

Are there good diving spots near Grecotel LuxMe White Palace?

In Grecotel LuxMe White Palace we have our Scuba Diving center on the resort, our cooperators of the Diving center will arrange dives according to your level of experience.

We do have different types of boat trips and a wide option of boats and yachts to enjoy the sea breeze. Cruises and experiences, snorkeling excursions, fishing, as well as available.

What Types of Water Sports Activities do you have?

 

We do have both non-motorized as well as motorized Water Sports activities.
With our Mastoras Watersports, you can learn water-skiing and wakeboard, rent kayak, SUP, Jet ski, have fun on the coast with banana, Crazy UFO, tubes, or go extreme with parasailing.

We do have a public and private hospital in Rethymno town, a medical center nearby along with an assigned 24/7 on call Resort doctor (charges may apply).

Are the public pools heated?

Our Main Pool and our Kids Pool is heated in April and in October. All our pools (public, shared and private) are filled with salty water.
